The proportions look odd to me. His limbs look very short and chunky. Looking forward to this character anyways.

I like this. Aside from Broly, Freeza was probably my favorite villain. I enjoyed Buu as well but only Kid Buu/Super Buu.

Freeza was the coolest looking one to me, especially his final form. So I like this a lot.

.....Ok, I gotta ask.  The Mecha Frieza sepearation....any chance of seeing the re-design Toriyama did with it?

Frieza is an awesome character all around, I'd love to see how this turns out.

It's the same, I can't see any relevant difference. Are you asking for the cannon on his back to be added ?

As a reference, yea.  Always thought that pointless, over-sized cannon was funny on Frieza.

Hum, palette separation doesn't mean you can add external items on the character's back.

Your right, let me re-phrase that, then....

There's a Mecha Frieza sprite.  If something ever becomes of that, a seperate project from the normal Frieza here....is there a chance of the re-design Frieza's cannon on it, in an intro or something?

Just thought it would be a nice reference for DBZ fans to reconize.

Is Freeza that small in the Anime/Manga?

Hum, palette separation doesn't mean you can add external items on the character's back.
But couldn't you use a helper that depended on the palette to add the cannon on his back that aligned itself differently with different animations? It'd be an obscenely large workaround, but I'm pretty sure it could be done, couldn't it?

That's just like asking Cybaster to code the Saiyan armor helper or monkey tail for Vegeta depending on palettes or Super Saiyan hair for Goku. Go on, you try that.

It's cool I don't mind you using my colors. And get well soon. Balth you might as well make custom states for that tail attack and that flight attack just saying

I just realized, holy shit that shit is difficult. I forfeit my position of saying it wouldn't be that hard to do..

Am I the only one getting animation issues seeing this? It looks like it has part of his tail missing. Did I break something?

Looks quite impressive so far, Chamat!
Are you going to use any kick based moves from when Frieza claimed he could defeat Goku with no hands?
I can post some reference scans from the manga if you need 'em
