These are pretty good, but some of there moves don't really make sense or just feel awkward. For example Freezer's upward angled kick makes there opponent stay on the ground and move backward, but his hard gut punch makes the opponent fly into the air. These seem like they need to be swaped around. Also his jumping spinning/rolling attack is so close to the ground that it almost seems like a wasted move when I can just use the kick or punch which is quicker and i'm not trapped in a roll animation etc... so I think you should make him go higher and with a bigger arc so he could possibly time the attack to go over a fireball and hit the opponent. I think if you rework some of these things then the characters will be pretty cool.

Its not working in my mugen for some reason? I use 1.0 ? Can any one help out on this one? It says it can't load? Never mind, I just changed all the sprites to 8bit and it worked. Great looking char ! I could care less if it's a sprite remake.
Ok... since I consider myself an inconditional fan of DB, I can tell you that some of the sprites you used are IMPRESSIVE, but... still something does not add up.Most animations are cut and some transitions from one pose to the other, feel incomplete. Sparks also need an improvement since most of hits do not even show up.Also audio needs to be worked on, but that's an easy task as different audio files for Freezer and Cell can be found almost everywhere.That's my humble and simple opinion. I'd like to be more 'techy' on this one, but unfortunately I'm just a regular eye for this. No coding expertise and no programming either Anyways, if you keep going this way it's an incredible work you've done so far. Keep it up, buddy!
