Peacock's (Is that her name? I don't know anything related to Skullgirls) clothes could use some anti-aliasing, since they seem to have a different, unfitting texture. aside from that, good job!

Peacock first tone in the hat is quite unsettling, could be a better tone (that pink-ish tone blends too much with the transparency color) overall Peacock looks pretty good, some interesting stuff in the 1st post too.

I think you should give him more shading, because right now, the shading is so little that he looks pretty flat. Shading specially his legs would make a big improvement.
