For 1 if we are going by the actors, then well when Windows 2 came out Justin Long was 9 yrs old. If we are using them in the frame of reference given, that they are in fact the operating system itself then. Windows 2 came out in 1988 and the first functional halfway decent operating system that anyone would have used, Mac OS-X came out in 2002.
