This is through and through an April Fools release. Any glitches may very well be intentional, so I can only ask how much it entertains you. This is me pushing Ryo to the highest caliber of stupidity. I hope you all enjoy. He also has Basic AI made by The_None himself!

But he does! Sorta? This name is just a pun on SPEED SPEED SPEED man! I count his EX Mode's Hien Shinpuukyaku as a Falcon Kick. At least, the light version! Also go into Max mode and it'll make sense.

Koryu was mainly about fireballs and drugs. This Ryo is just drugs period. Although he has perhaps a passing reference, it's not all fireballs. Coding this was....very fun and unique.

Expect an update today or tomorrow that fixes a bug and MAYBE adds a new move?! I'm thinking about it. Probably just a bugfix though.

That should sooooooooo be the 2nd round intro, or at least a hyper.

Expect nothing, but remeber everything.+ I am tired. Future spot for Doraemon in MvC picture, the second I learn to create it. (Even further: Pepsiman for Mvc picture.) Insert random Doraemon anime .gif. (Also, Pac-Man Delta whaling on a MLP character .gif........) Now, Wipeout....... OTHER STUFF? Needs blue SSB 64 Mario in tornado .gif......... -max cancelling qcb+a into zanretsuken leads to sinking and floating

i mean, in a character thats intended to be buggy this one at least stands out.

Will I fix the zanretsuken bug or not....mmm....tough call. I used PosAdds on purpose but maybe to be safe I'll disable max canceling out of QCB+a. For...the sake of it.
