okay playing with him further, i dunno if the circumstances for some of his attacks really justify the weak damage output (such as the level 1 super being very long range). hell combine the level 2 scream and the level 1 super and you get maybe like, i dunno, 24%? yet his QCB+A/B throws do way more than both of those combined. i dunno it's kind of all over the place atm
