I ahve been told that the game tiers reflect the manga's power levels, so a character like mamiya is low tier even tho she has an infinite.

I used the Dolphin emulator (the version is 3.0 but there's the 4.0 available), I changed the graphics settings:
General -> Backend: Direct3d11
Enhancements ->  Internal Resolution: 3x Native (1920x1584): it runs very slowly though, it's not suited for playing unless you have a very good computer;

and I used the Free Look utility in the Advanced settings.

Super Punch-Out (SNES)



Nothing like fighting Mr.Sandman.
Heard he's tougher in the NES Punch-Out. Then again, people seem to like that game better in general.

i really love that punch out mostly because it is the only one i have ever play still trying to unlock the last circuit

This game is weird. Brutal, and kinda fun, but weird.
Expect nothing, but remeber everything.+ I am tired. Future spot for Doraemon in MvC picture, the second I learn to create it. (Even further: Pepsiman for Mvc picture.) Insert random Doraemon anime .gif. (Also, Pac-Man Delta whaling on a MLP character .gif........) Now, Wipeout....... OTHER STUFF? Needs blue SSB 64 Mario in tornado .gif......... Add Super Mario Fighters 3 sprite here........ Also, now doing KFA stuff...

I'm also under the impression that people keep neglecting data from the game, do you guys know how PotS made his original characters? He actually studied every single game he referenced, down to the core. Doing this properly requires understanding how the original system was made, not just winging it.

oh yeah^^ he is tougher in the NES version. I grew up on both of those games. SNES was my fav though. I Loved ending that shit...
