google translating the readme says this

so take from that what you will i guess. suppose that means these sprites weren't actually shohei himself and that they're edits? who knows, i don't

what i do know is that this gethit alignment for this particular throw looks REALLY off

other than that, apparently he has an extra mode if you hold start, which the readme says has...-something- to do with baki the grappler. i'll take a look at it

not sure if it's 'well made' or not but it's certainly interesting. the first time i've seen a running dropkick used as a level 3(?) i'll say that much
