Great and quick update! Very small nitpick...Final Vega - since he has two different versions of the "Super Psycho Break Smasher" (on as a level 2, the other his level 3), maybe rename the level 3 into "Final Psycho Crusher"
I noticed that your bison has identical velocities and hit boxes in a few areas as an edit of Vega by Evil Homer/Killer Kong. You didn't credit him. Homer got those velocities and applied them to that vega from artmoney. The least you could do was include him since he was part of your character's code. And by identical I mean you didn't change anything from what I see. I'm not accusing you of theft or anything, but you should always give credit where its due. If you didn't know now you do lol. To be fair it's kinda good you used his base because his vels are a lot better than the original by pots which was guess work and not that good.
The post above is basically all I'd have to say on the matter.I'd just like to point out that your scissor kick vels aren't using my updated ones (I might not have uploaded my edit's update!) if you'd like them to be more proper in terms of acceleration/decel I can dump the code and/or the update if you'd like. Also please namedrop me =PList of feedback on Vega, extra! - Can't link from LP into Cr.MK, adversely Cr.LP into Cr.MK does not work anymore.- Scissors are strangely frame safe, is this based on SF4?- In fact, a lot of his normals have strange frame data overall. None of them are disadvantage, which rubs me weird.
Regarding Gill, his Meteor Strike causes some frame lag upon hit and during activation.Nice to see his grab super in (it was my idea for Hero's Gill lol) with some added touch.

Because it's true. PotS didn't really get accurate data from the actual games, he used guesswork and for Vega in particular as it was REALLY OLD WORK it didn't turn out so great. A lot of things, particularly scissor kick and knee press nightmare, were really really floaty and were stiff. That's the main thing, and it's mostly because artmoney tables and data tables were harder to access when Vega was made. The joys of early MUGEN.To clarify his old Vega was NOT bad but some things from it didn't age supremely well and I think those would qualify as one of them.
He (Kamekaze) was mentioning how frame data on Pots' Dictator, created many years ago, is outdated and the new code dump by Evil Homer uses precise results, done this year. Please don't tell me you thought that was a jab to Pots.

It wasn't a good vega so it wouldn't have been a good move tbh.
Umezono said, December 28, 2014, 06:30:02 ami was just wondering how the heck thats relevant to your initial post is allIt's completely relevant. I started by saying that he used an updated edit of the same char which was not that good. And it was my opinion stating that at least he used a better version than the original. : \
Posting to say the issue has been resolved privately and civilly through intense civil war and a grueling political debate about the importance of Folgers coffee, Frosted Flakes, and the crediting of the Windows Calculator application. There should be no more discussion on the usage of my whatever as a base as it has been resolved. Back to our regularly scheduled program!
Vega's Intro against Geese gives an error. You need to change the animation 308 to 306 to fix it.And Crouching Light Punch is still too fast. I can chain it to 5 hits.Edit: Also Crouching Light Punch to Crouching Medium Kick gives an error.
