 ive got a problem, i put spirtes from a chun li into kfm and kfm's and chun li appeared during kfm standing animation ,but when i added spites from edited on gimp from a sprite sheet i found on the internet kfm just disapeared when momentarly instead of showing the sprite i edited. i was just wonder how you get a sprites from gimp to show up in the actual mugen game

they have to be indexed: 8bit / 256color pallet.


also your issue is probably because you enter chunli sprite as group 0,0 - 0,1..etc.. and it override kfman's sprites that were already in his sff. and the air file reads whats first in the .sff if there are duplicates.

A simple fix is to copy and paste over a KFM bmp using Paint. You do the same thing with gimp.

See the problem with gimp is that it always "save as" higher than 256. But if you save paste over a current KFM sprite and only use save then it will still be 256 and it will use the same pallet.
