The Mugen Fighters Guild - Gombie: WIP looking for programming help

Im making a mugen original character called Gombie.

I have all the sprite work done, but Im not very efficient at coding and so Im looking for someone to help me with the programming.

I would post screenshots except my website seems to be being a dick about uploading things to it.

What's done: What I was able to do without help.

walking
running
jumping
falling
thrown animations
hit animations
KO
dizzy
3 button punching+crouching+jumping
3 button kicking+crouching+jumping
2 winposes

all the basic animations

special move similar to chun li's rapid kick

What needs to be done:

I have a projectile except it doesnt work at all. It makes Gombie locked in place in the sky and the projectile doesnt disappear after impact. He's not supposed to be able to even perform the move in the air let alone get stuck there. Also Ideally, I'd like to have the projectile be repelled backward after impact then flicker out of existence. I tried screwing around to find what was causing these things but got nowhere.

2 other special moves.

A move similar to Rolento's patriot circle where you do the same command in quick succesion to get another attack

A proximity mine similar to smash bros' mine that blows up on the enemy when they touch it

6 different supers

4 of which involve calling in a second character who does an attack and then leaves. Which I have no clue how to program.

Anyway, like I said. All the spritework for all of this is done.
