so what are some good mugen games that people should download? I have a mugen version of the capcom game Marvel Super Heros that is very good.

Full games like that are often lousy compilation anybody can make by downloading stuff on the net.

Some good legit full games :
- SF2Nes by Bia
- Babel Sword by Tatsu
- Castlevania by falchion
- DBZ Game by Roken and his team
- Sonic game by Cyanide
- KOF Zillion by MugenChina

That's moe of a screenpack to compile all DBZ stuff in one game than a real game IMO.
A real game must have a system which is unique (even though, okay, the gameplay of stig and Choujin's chars are unique).

For example, in my opinion, CVS Warusaki screenpack by RedNavi is more of a full game than DBZ Dream.
