Good MUGEN Templates besides the SNK and Winane AIs?

I want a template for fighter factory that has projectiles and attacks already in the coding.

I can do sprites myself..

But I need a good template that has (I repeat..)

*Punching and Kicking attacks already in the coding.

*Projectile attacks in the coding.

I'm not looking for a character that can be spriteswapped, but rather a good template.

Would choosing me for the question thread be a
unique experience?  I can't really say.
