Ok This time i'm releasing Gou Hibiki/Mr. Saikyo, The father of Dan Hibiki and a parody of Mr. Karate, but this Gou Hibiki is not a Joke Character it is suposed to be as cheap as Shin Gouki, I used Marancv Mr Saikyo, as the base it's a great character, but it feels incomplete and it's too overpowered, i'm also trying to balance Gou. I see this as an introduction to cvs characters, my favourite type of characters.




Features:
A introdution;
A win pose;
An acual shoryuken; (yes gou says kouryuken, but he is a shotokan, i need a voice actor);
A lvl 2 super move "Hibiki Rampage", replacing "Hisho Buraiken; Also possible to make it in the air

What's missing?
Gou's voices; (i know i won't have a voiceactor soon but if you to help me just pm me)
Ashura senkuu and Shun goku satsu; (The Gou Hibiki i'm creating i based on the gaming side of gou hibiki, in pocket fighters appears as a striker of dan, he uses a variation of shun goku satsu);
The nose beam, a lvl 3 super move;
Taunt;
Perhaps a vega mask system, not sure.

For the voice, couldn't you go with an edited Dan Hibiki or Ryu modified voice? Maybe make their sounds deeper for an old man approach.

Or if you're going for a pocket fighter type sensei voice approach, I think there's only like, 2 voices for his appearance in that game.

It's nice to see some more Mr Saikyo, although I'm not sure about making him another cheap shoto character. I tried this out, and he feels like... just a buffed up Dan, which makes him even more similar to Ryu/Akuma. I can't tell what his aerial shooting animation is supposed to be, and some of his animation frames are really badly aligned (such as running, and the placement for his mask during Gadouken). His level 2 super move is the only somewhat unique thing about this character so far, and it isn't enough to make him stand out as a character himself (even as a shoto, he's still in lack of originality).

In short, I feel this could be more unique, and differentiate from the other shotos a bit more.
