This'll be good. Though I was expecting a return to gang gameplay.  :(

Scenery looks beautiful. Just wish we knew a bit more about what was going on...

Also I hope planes explode on impact like they did in San Andreas so I can do some jihad.

It looks like they kept the los Santos closer to how it was in San Andreas than totally re-imagining the city like in IV. I hope it's the whole of SA instead of only Los Santos (like it was rumored) because I liked San Fierro much better.

Lets be fair, a little smaller means less nothing like in the original city, sure it was fun to hike around, but it was just there to say they made a place that big. Trailer was fantastic and if this is half as good as either RDR or L.A. Noire I'll be more then pleased.

Well making it smaller won't mean a damn thing if there aren't alot of sidequests. In recent games from them they have been lacking in that department, so hopefully they'll pick their shit up.

I honestly don't really care about the sidequests, I'd rather have more weapons and cars and cheats for when I've beaten the main story and want to dick around.

Eh, I like structure. Dicking around only goes so far, but I know people like to just do shit.

Indeed. Sidequests are the butter to then sandbox game corn.

Yeah, that works.

No witty quotes though.

“What is going on with GTAV?” – received via Mouthoff

We are very busy working on the game! Everything is going well, but the game is a huge project. We should have more information and some new assets for you soon.

“Why don’t you give us more news?” – received via Mouthoff

As we have said before, we have often had long gaps between asset releases on previous games and will continue to do so in the future. We are sorry if you find this frustrating, but please understand, we don’t do this because we ‘don’t care about our fans' 'don’t respect our fans’ 'hate GTA fans etc' – precisely the opposite! We do it because we want to make sure we only release 100% correct information, and because we want to keep plenty back for the actual game release so there are still lots of surprises when you play it. The only things we care about are that you enjoy the experience of actually playing the game and that we release accurate information. We just have not been in a position to show more of the game than the trailer and will not be for a while yet. We did, however, manage to sneak a quick screenshot out for you… it’s not much, but we thought it was pretty fun.

They've added three new empty slots on their picture section. Maybe they plan on filling them in by tomorrow as well. Country side is looking to be awesome.

Holy hell does that look beautiful -- the water especially.
Sometimes you just need a little less gun.

If I can use the transport trucks to steal multiple cars unlike in san andreas I'll be really happy. Since the infernus isn't changing, I'm hoping for a new separate nsx knock off.

I thought the exact same thing; seriously hoping that isn't the finalized texture.  Although if that's supposed to be a river of K-Y jelly, they have succeeded.

That said, everything else looks remarkable for current (aging) gen consoles.

Yeah. KY Jelly. He was saying the water looked good.

Yeah he was.  Now is your random pic supposed to look similar or something?  If so, you're doing it wrong.

So you agreed with him but then immediately pointed out why you disagreed with him? Ok.

Yeah I dunno why I bother trying to point out obvious shit to people who have no idea what they're talking about. If you associate the water in that screenshot with KY Jelly, then maybe you need to go look at a real river instead of said jelly that's in your peripheral vision.
