Hi guys, I really need some help. I found this Taokaka character that was requested and given at cvg and I was wondering if anyone could send it to me. It would be OH so greatly appreciated.

Hey all. I just recently stumbled upon a character named Matsugami and was wondering if anyone has him or knows what the hell he is. I can't find him anywhere, I'd appreciate it.

No, that's not Ryu by DG.
