@Bad News GBK:Netcode is decent. Since the game is slower than Accent Core +R, you can pull somewhat complex stuff even under laggy conditions.I play with an average of 2 frames of lag with people in my country (I don't know if you are aware of it, but the game shows the delay in realtime).
Bad News GBK said, December 09, 2014, 10:49:54 amAre there EX versions of the characters and how is the netcode?whats the point of EX versions of the characters? their gana get banned anyway just like the edtion Select in Ultra
Not necessarily. Persona 4 Ultimax has the Shadow versions which could be considered like EX version and they are not tournament banned.
Yeah, because they were already in arcades.GG never had tourneys where EX characters were allowed because EX characters were mostly the devs messing around with new movesets with no consideration for balance whatsoever. At least, that's what the general competitive consensus is. The real excuse was because they were never in arcades so it seemed like too much foreign territory. Since they were console-only you couldn't trust them as much as stuff that was already in arcades. Like, KOF, RBFF and even CVS/CVS Pro's EX characters were allowed in tourney play, but GG's looked too fishy by comparison.Yet somehow when we get a new fighting game with new or DLC fighters that haven't made it to arcades yet (BBCS, BBCP, P4U2, UNIEL, DFC (though BB and P4 added the new characters in arcades eventually)), they're automatically ok.I was always wondering why that was... like in GG games before +R, Kliff and Justice were inherently broken in console versions, and that has changed; but nothing was ever done for EX versions besides "They weren't in arcades, so we don't allow them." Yet this is still the case. So... why keep that attitude?
if this is for single player mode for fun then well, I don't see why not , but still the answer is no, no info about the EX mode for characters so far or even the Gold boss mode
Yeah Xrd has zero EX characters whatsoever. M.O.M. is the closest you get to those. No one even plays M.O.M. online. ;~;Would be neat. It kinda reminds me of GG2 what with item cooldowns and whatnot.

Spoiler, click to toggle visibiltyAnd it won't even be a fighting game, it'll be a gameplay sequel to GG2.
