Frankly, i think the stance looks fine. It's not that I'm not open to feedback, I just think it looks fine as is. It's already a huge improvement over the original stance, and these sprites are supposed to be a conversion of his Slammasters sprites (but with the FF1 outfit), so I'm not looking to drastically improve the animations. The stance anim I have now for him is easily on par with any SF Alpha-era stance (save for maybe Karin) and looks just fine in game. Also, not to sound rude, but Garuda by far chipped in the most money for the sprites (well over half), and if he thinks it looks good than that's good enough for me. The more time I spend tweaking his stance pixel for pixel, the longer it takes to do the rest, and I just don't think the time spent is worth the result.
Son, the last thing you'll realize you need is what you've already got.

My only gripe with the stance is that his right hand "breathes" while his left is static.

ok, that's fine for me. just fix his neck+chest thing that's the only thing i'm leaning at:

His chest also seems to go up and down like if his chest was some type of turtle shell (look closely at his neck.)

His left hand changes, just not as much as the right one.

Fuck, 12 frame walk animation. Still have a 12 frame walking back animation to do as well. This took me --- too damn long.

It's fine,look at Buckus Haggar and compare,he has a manly back and can make his opponents cry by flexing it :P

Awesome! Back when you were doing the polls for characters to add I was hoping for Haggar to be a choice and was disappointed when he wasn't there.

But now, seeing him getting worked on now makes me so glad. My favourite Final Fight character and one of my UMvC3 mains is finally getting the custom sprites he deserves!
