Halloween Update: Marco from Kaiser Knuckle (Custom)

Wherever theres chaos, I'll be there.

Happy Halloween everyone!

To everyone who is waiting for night to go out trick or treating or party. Well you don't have to wait for my treat to you all, an update of my custom version of Marco from Kaiser Knuckle.

The update includes, being able to combo his normal moves as well as the AI, has 2 new specials (Hidden Blaster & Tesla Tether), and has palettes made by First Lt. Ding.

Edit: And now a Power Charge, hold c+z to use it.

Though to give you a heads up, the Tesla Tether may be a bit wonky when used up close, so if anyone can tell me how to fix it I really appreciate it.

There´s nothing much I can say about Marco...

He plays very well in your style. Love the new specials.

- I guess a typo in the readme... "Slimb Limb" should be "Slime Limb"
- give the "Slime Limb" & "Upward Slime Limb" special the same slushy sound as his standing Strong punch has
- get rid of the double jump... IMO Marco is more of a "heavy" guy, double jump doesn´t fit him
- maybe give him a powercharge? It would fit his overall electricity theme...

-The Slime Limbs have a different sound now.
-He can only jump once now.
-And he has a power charge.
