hanging while punching etc..

can someone knows how to fix this?
first after i get him down then the p2 stands up and if i am going to punch him closely he blocking my weak punch and his not facing me like the screenshot shown here and after all that the mugen hangs up.

try punching another charatcer and post what happens.

i actually,i try the other character like wonderwoman but wonderwoman actually rolling after i hit her down and it did not cause hanging.
the others are cvs rugal,ryu and gill this guys also cause hanging if i am using goku
