Just found the book yesterday and it's pretty great, even if that scene just felt weird (it's not hard to find a lot of associations between wands and penises though, Moore just took it to the natural conclusion). To me, regarding the references to the HP franchise, I felt the depiction of the train at that point in the story had the greatest impact.

The previous 2 books seemed to be building things up to end everything with this one, but there seem to be enough hints of other plots threads for Moore to play with, and I hope he keeps at it.
