What a surprise, I'm working on Hanzo too (with pant leg flip btw, it's possible in winmugen). Proof:

The selector isn't to choose which super you get.
To be honest, I have no idea what it's for, it's pointless in source as well.
This selector is a "reinforcement" for the selected super art. I observed that it does a little more damage when you perform the selected one.

oh good, someone is working on her. I hope it works in mugen 1.0 as well.
