Hazama by Devilp crashes Mugen 1.1

Everytime I try to play Hazama by Devilp, Mugen always crashes and I get this message:

Does anyone know what's causing this?

The sff file is probably misspelled or in another folder. Open the def file and look for "sff = Hazama.sff", see in your folder if the name of the sff file is the same and is in the same folder. If everything is correct, the file is probably corrupted or damaged.
