More easy just download "Hermes Stage by  GLB" has a lot of chicks on Bikini and Hires so you will just need to edit the palete of the sprites a bit.

I was saying it was great advice, last time I just put some sprites in and didnt blend them with the palette of the  stage.

background characters should be smaller than regular sprites and have a palette with less contrast. otherwise it could get confusing and annoying during the actual fight. the thought bubble looks annoying too

Because she wasnt animated. I look through alot trying to find a Sakura with more than just a stagnent pose

I can name the titles what I  want, you wasted 2 seconds looking at the picture and seeing sakura wasnt in it.
