Health recovery in mugen plus issue

Hi, i've just downloaded and installed Mugen Plus, but i can't use the Health Recovery, you know when you press SPACE on the keyboard, does any one knows a way to enable it? or does it even exist in winmugen plus?

please help me :)

Open mugen.cfg

Set
