I'm planning to make a website, but i do not know about coding. Is there a website builder that do not need coding and also for free without paying it yearly?

There are a lot of free web-hosting services out there, but I strongly suggest using either sites.google.com or wix.com. Wix requires zero coding, if I remember correctly, and it uses a very user-friendly way of editing the website, which is kinda similar to drag-n-drop.

Wix is absolutely the way to go in that case. I used it a while back for some cheap graphic design for a local ad firm. You don't need to know squat about coding and you'll be done in about an hour or two.
