Don't get anything by KOD that isn't 02 UM K', his older characters are wacky.Other KOF creators of note would be Jin and Mouser. For stages, Cirio, NeoGouki, Matmut, Scal and I think Mantovao?
I can't believe I forgot about sander as well. Though his stuff's dated, it's still good despite the fact that the AI is rage-inducing.
