Does anyone here have any gimp experiences and can show me in baby step by step on how to take this one image and make it look nite time ? Please don't worry about the character on this image. I just want to learn how to make the image its be night time

I like to give special thanks to bdc and heka for showing how to take a simple image and make look nite with gimps color curves and overlay setting
