Help! Mugen 1.1 doesn't work!

This showed up when i tried to start it. Any advice?

Go into mugen folder, data folder, search for file named (mugen.cfg) .cfg is the file type, open it, scroll down until you get to video section and changed safe mode 0 to 1
like whats highlighted in blue in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/5jgsk2

Seems like you have an older version of opengl.

Well, my computer just came back from repairs, so i guess it's normal that openGL isn't really in it's best. XD
