i'm new to mugen and i dont kno how to create my own char as yet but i would like to ask you guys for some help.is it possible in fighter factory when a char does a super move ,is it possible to link a super or normal attack along with it while editing the cmd or sumtin? eg:shoryuken reppa followed by a shinryuken automatically? if so can sum1 help or tell me exactly wat to do it would be appreciated. keep in mind i'm new to mugen lol thanks in advance.

From the sound of things, you want to make something WAAAAY above your level of creation. I remember there being a code where if one character does something, the code senses it, and responds by making the character do something else. I'm not sure what it is, I'm pretty much a novice myself. However, if you haven't even made a character yet, I'd worry about the basics first, and then work your way up to something this advanced. In the meantime, you're gonna have to manually do each move till you get your results :P. Sorry.
