Hi everyone, help finding these characters?

I have long been idle in this forums, haven't touched mugen in a year or two. I was working on a Marvel Vs. Dc project i have saved in a flash drive. I one day lost the flash drive but i remembered uploading my mugen alpha stage which was in a earlier state. I also found that most mugen websites i used to always visit had changed their names. I found this very nice Flash character and Joker character on this website, but i can't find these characters anymore or their website.

Heres a video of the Flash character i uploaded to youtube a year ago,

This Flash character was a beta that had very cool hypers and supers. The version of it you see in the video was an older version. I remember the last time i had this character it was an updated version and had spark animation coming from his legs in his standing position.
   The Flash character's folder name was" TheFlash " and i changed it's orrigional vs screen portrait to a half face portrait.
This character came from a the website which also had a joker that came with a abandoned amusement park stage as well.

Please guys i really need these characters to rebuild my game.

I can't seem to remember the website, i believe it started with a mbgr.com?

If you're trying to find out the character's author, then you might have better luck asking in this thread.

Looks like Flash by Sic-1.  He made a Joker as well, though I think it never passed the beta phase.  His old website was Sic Graphics Mugen, but he changed it now to Brotherhood of Villains.  Both characters are in the download section in the forums.
