High res stages aren't positioned/scaled properly

This is how the stage looks...



Here's how it should look.

This problem is happening with all of the stages.  They worked fine in WinMugen...  I upgraded, and that's what happened.   Is there a setting in mugen to change, or do i need to edit every stage?

What is your resolution display in mugen.cfg ?

Change it to res=640,480 for starters.

I think I just need to change the scale of the stage.  Actually, that's what I did, and it worked... kinda.. I just need to get a stage maker.  Notepad makes things take way too long.
