Is there a Tutorial on HiRes Sprite making?  :-\

Yep here it is

Make your sprite twice the size of a normal mugen character.
Edit it till it looks good

Thats it.

That said, you pretty much have to be quite good in the arts/graphics department to make good Hi-Res sprites.

Preferred programs are Photoshop, Flash and PSP.

Asking if flash is free is as asking if avi or bmp is free...
You animate your char making it a flash movie or something like that, then you use these animations to make your own sprites better, in pcx format.
Flash is the format/tool, not a program.

Flash is a program to make animations...
or games, or banners

their "format" is .fla or .swf


and its not free, but then again, hacking XD

Well that right my alley and I got Photoshop & Flash.

I feel stupid asking but what PSP  :-\

Paint Shop Pro but don't worry about it since you already have the two more superior programs on the list.

lmao, i love when this guy uses the spaceghost -.-' pic

o but psh paintshop pro isnt bad either... it has sum nice built in macros that give really crazy effects
