It has most of the stuff in the Arcade version in it.  The Time of Retribution is in there. Copy the files into your data folder and the fonts into your font folder and you should be good.

This version is better, not only because it has "The Time of Retribution" part, but it also moves smoother.  However, there are two bad points about this version: it's not 100% identical to the one in the arcade game, and you have to wait one second before the "Battle 2" and "Final Battle" parts come up.

世紀末ライフバー.rar

Then click on either the folder icon or the word "Download".

To install it, go into the folder titled "世紀末ライフバー", then "HOKUTO", then copy and paste the "fight" files and the "font" folder into your "data" folder, and click "Copy and Replace" every file if you don't want your old lifebar anymore.  If you want to keep your old lifebar, copy and paste them into a new folder first before copying and pasting the Hokuto no Ken lifebar files.
My Mugen Wish List would include protagonists, mascots and other iconic characters with everything they have brought straight from their source with little or no editing.

Actually, I kind of like the other one better because 3rd round actually said "Final Battle". This one goes to "Battle 3"... which just seems odd.  o_O

Well I must of got mixed up, but thanks for telling that.  So, neither of them are perfect.  I believe the one with "Final Battle" is good for normal battles, while the "Battle 3" one is good for "four VS. four" or "one VS. four" battles, where the lifebar goes to battles 3, 4, 5 and so on.

Well, I mean things like "The Time of Retribution" doesn't have shades of light shining behind it, the "Battles" don't have dark blue lines flowing behind them, and the "Decide the Destiny" part doesn't vanish in light.  Compare it to how they look in the arcade game.  Other things that are missing are the "FATAL KO", the "WIN" and the "PERFECT" parts seen here. The "FATAL KO" part can only be done when an opponent has been defeated by an extreme attack, the "WIN" part salutes the winner, and the "PERFECT" part can only be done whenever an opponent wins without being hurt.

is after their win pose and PERFECT for one of the triggers if life is full.  Lets hope those HNK updates their characters for us.  If not, well have to add them on our own somehow....

They are not impossible, they are very difficult.

Yeah those FATAL KO, WIN, and PERFECT must be implemented in EVERY HNK characters.  FATAL K.O. after their FATAL KO moves.  WIN

I hope so.  Another thing that would be nice to include in the lifebar is if any of the HNK characters, whether from the arcade game, from other HNK games (e.g. SG-1000 Mark III/SEGA Master System, Famicom, etc.) or is fan-made, wins a battle against anyone, the lifebar will mention the character's name after saying "WIN" (e.g. "WIN...RAOH").  If a non-HNK character wins a battle, the lifebar would either just say "WIN" or never say "WIN" at all.

They are not impossible, they are very difficult.
It is impossible for those to be included in the bars alone.
The Time of Retribution background would have to be behind the characters as some sort of superBG, of which could only be done in this case by being part of the characters, pulling off an Add004 and making all lifebar elements using the bars them selves (fight.def/sff/snd), the effects (specialized fightfx.sff/air, common.snd both play an essential role as they serve of extras for the entire "scene", like super backgrounds or additional parts of a round intro that can't be normally integrated), a custom common1.cns and the coding applied on a character's Statedef -2.

I've tried to do something similar with QWERTY's GGXXAC bars, but it was too time consuming and complex for me to have kept interest in.

tl;dr, read what I said: it's impossible unless you apply code into characters like Add004.
