Hokuto no Ken Voices & Sound Effects please!

Hi guys,
I searched the internet for a few hours to find the Hokuto no Ken voices and sound effects from the PS2 game, but i couldn't get anything.
I tried to download the Kenshiro character from Mugen to use the sound file (.snd) but i couldn't open it, whatever the software i tried to use. I couldn't convert it to any other format either.
So i'm a bit stuck right now...

Would someone be kind enough to give me a link to the voices and sound effects?
That would help a lot :)

Would you happen to know a good (and also free) audio files converter though? I managed to extract the files i like to wav format, but now i'd like to convert them to ogg format.
