How can i give specific win quotes to WinMugen characters?

Im trying to get (WinMugen Character A) to have a specific win quote against (WinMugen Character B). Now I know how to do this with 1.0 characters (obviously) because they can read...
Code: 
[State -3, winquote]
type = VictoryQuote
trigger1 = p2name = "whatever"
value = whatever

but can this be done with WinMugen characters? I've heard it was possible, but more complicated. I've looked all over the internet and I have not yet found an answer to this. If someone can please explain the process (or just tell me "ITS NOT POSSIBLE"), that will be great.

You can't.  The triggers necessary only work if mugenversion = 1.0.

having quotes is possible. using that controller isn't.

Oh yeah I know that, I just wanted to see if it was possible to add a quote to a specific character.
