How can I make the picture of stage appear on the Select screen?

How can I make the picture of stage appear on the Select screen while selecting a stage?
Does this have something to do with a font hack or the stage SFF? o_O
I'm on a 5000 calorie diet! :D

Indeed it does. Each letter would be assigned an image of the stage if I recall.

Create the font and simply say that this letter corresponds to that image.
