How can i rip sounds using ZSNES?

I'm trying to rip sounds from clay fighter 2 but i have no idea how to rip them because if i just record, You can hear the music and also the announcer. Do the F# Keys help with this?
now im so pumpd up buy som leefs frm the sloth shop

You might be able to disable audio channels individually, but either way this is more of a SNES-hacking thing than a Mugen thing. There are tools to do stuff like this with, but they're different animals entirely. Maybe try RHDN for a start.
Keeps your enemies close, and your friends closer.
That way, your enemies remain within your attack range, while your friends still provide a proper meat shield.

That might be 'fixable' in Audacity.
Keeps your enemies close, and your friends closer.

If it's too high-pitched, but lasts the same amount of time, you can re-sample it with a different pitch.
If it's too high-pitched because it's been sped-up, you can just stretch the audio length.

Audacity is just the recommended go-to tool to do these kinds of things in.
