How to change the button for delaying Kyo's super like Orochinagi

How to edit delay buttons. You know when Kyo does Orochinagi or Kyo Mi does his shockwave how would i configure a command like

D,F,b(delay is b) how would i change the delay to c or any other button i want.

Open the character's CMD by right-clicking, then selecting Edit
Then scroll down to the [Command]'s section and find the command for that attack.
Change it in the Input...

Nvm i ment when u do Orochinagi u can launch it no matter when how would i change the command for the delay but i found it anyway
