How do I make a character fall at a different speed

I am in the CNS file and I see nothing pertaining to how to change how fast my player Jump neutral (downwards), I am aware not too many people use this but I found a use for it, but for the life of me I don't see anything to change it, I want the falling speed to be different from the jumping up speed

You need to override the jump states. Look in the common.cns state (located in the data folder), copy the jump states from it and paste it into your CNS files.

Afterwards, modify the velocities and/or gravity parameters to suit your needs.
