how do i make the screen bigger for mk project 4.1

I wanted to know how do I make the screen bigger.I went to mugen cfg. and changed the width and length but when I made it higher and tried to load the game,it gave me some kind of error message.I set back to the default settings which is 640 width and 480 length.what settings can i use to make it bigger?i dont wanna fullscreen it but Im trying to make it much bigger than it is right now cuz its too small.can somebody please reply and help me out

Three times thicker font than a normal user.

He said he *didn't* want it full screen.

You still have to change the .cfg settings. It's just that certain ones don't work. Instead of 640 by 480, try 900 by 600.

Also, wrong area to ask.
