How do you insert spoilers?

I've searched around the site, but all it does is just take me to people putting spoilers up for stuff.

How do you insert that "Spoiler, click to toggle visibility" thing? Also I apologize if I put this in the wrong section for help again..

It's the black and yellow circle icon. When you hover over it you should see: "Insert spoiler."
