How do you make character attack moves stronger?

I want to make Cyber Akuma by Mystik Blaze's Shining Gou Shock better....because it's too weak....but I can't seem to figure it out. How do I do it?

  • Watch the finger...
Go to its CNS file and go to the attack where it says "damage" and set to what you prefer.

download fighter factory. use fighter factory to open your characters def file. Fighter factory can do just about anything as long as you know how and have all the right sprites
