Some arcade games like the CPS ones, in kawaks you can press F11 to access the test menu. There's also an emu called Caname with a jukebox function to it for some neo geo stuff.Playstation you use Psound i thinik it it.Megadrive. Erm good luck.VBA has a sound record option as part of it.Newer stuff is too new to be that far on and you'd be best getting what you can via record in audacity or what was suggested above.
