how to edit a character  special damage  and how to find the character movement names ( some movement names is weird ) sample ( in desusta orochi) ="‹­Œ°Ö","‰Î茍~0" what is this in the command file ?

The stuff with the funky characters is supposed to display as something else, but your computer doesn't support that language, so I guess it displays it as incomprehensible symbols.

how to edit a character  special damage
You first need to find what state does your character go in when they perform the special.
You can use debug mode to monitor their current statenumber.

Once you've figured out what state the special is, find that statedef in the character's cns or st files and look for the state's "HitDef"

You can edit the damage in the "damage" parameter.

and i need the metal orochi how to find them i search but i dont find that character
