i have this problem when i download mugen

we don't know the combos to a certain character, especially since said character has not been mentioned. if that is the question.

Characters won't be comboing unless you code it in. Downloading MUGEN has little to do with the characters being able to combo.

you will need, need stateno=blah and movecontacts.

Look at the command of another character to get an idea. Look at master Yun or something the cmd is set up Very simple for anyone to get an idea.

Look at Evil Ken's AI to see which move can chain into each other.
Read Evil Ken's readme to learn how to perform said moves.
Go in training mode and train to perform the moves to combo from one to the other as the AI.

No, no.. You guys, he litterally wants combos for his character.  Dude, you haven't said which character you're trying to combo with, and there is no combo list because each character has an unlimited (or some unknown amount) of combos.  Just see what connects.  Make up something.  Hell, in Marvel Vs. Capcom 1, people know how to do death combos with Hulk.  You know, combos that take 100% of life by the time it ends, and is not an infinity.  Just, a long damaging combo.  They are something you must figure out on your own. 

Combos depend on collision box sizes.  For example, in Marvel Vs. Capcom 1, again.  Jin can connect lk-mp on Venom, or War Machine, and Zangief, but, the same thing does not work on some one like Gambit.  Also, an air combo with Jin, mp to lauch, lp,lk,lk,mk,hk all in the air works on wolverine, but, not other characters, the mk is supposed to send them down, but, for some reason, you can connect hk.  The same combo also works on venom, and a few others, but woverine is the only small character that this can be done on. it all depends on who your fighting.

Combos can only be done if the enemy cannot recover from the attack, and the next attack hits quick enough, otherwise, they can block.  In some cases in Marvel Vs. Capcom, characters can combo without the game actually counting it.  An example is Megaman's beat plane.  But, the enemy must be in the air, and "floating" on the shots. The counter wont even go to 2, but, the character still can't block.

Sometimes, you can trick people, but, it's not actually a combo.  These are sometimes called "crossovers"  For example, captain commando's Captain Storm can be faked by doing a game (the one where he shocks you and kicks you in the air).  If you do that by a wall, and captain storm directly after it, captain commando runs under you, so you must block in the other direction, regaurdless of the way you're facing.  Most people don't know this, so they get hit anyway.  Same thing goes for Jin's Blodia Vulcan.
