How to install custom portraits for the "Rumble Fish" lifebar by ZION

I'm Mr. Monstro and I live under your bed.........

I'm not sure how to install these some one explain in detail.

Although the number for the portrait will probably be different. Also, could you please post a link to the original lifebars you've got there? I may be able to help out a bit more I can get them myself
