I don't see why you even need the name, but if it's REALLY necessary.....

Step 1: Make an alternate version of the portrait with the name flipped.
Step 2: Add the portrait in the character's SFF.
Step 3: Change the player 2 portrait sprite in your screenpack definition.

1: Can't be defined like that, you'd need to have both with 1 being offscreen, bad solution in a non full game
3: Same as one. YOu can't change that portrait.

Change it in the definition so it faces a different way OR make a new font to match that writing and use that for name.

In M.U.G.E.N there is no magic button

They say a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but it's not one half so bad as a lot of ignorance.

Yeah the way MC2 stated it doesnt work in winmugen. and it won't be a full game just a screenpack im working on but it's peoples choice to have the name or not it'll have an alternate version with out the names in the portraits

Or they both face the same direction which you CAN do. It's just less symmetrical looking.

Thats what i ended up doing. but they are stacked like P1 portrait is above p2 portrait so it looks fine like that :)
