So you won't do the thing that will work and refuse to try doing so?

Ok, don't do that and have your projectiles continue to move. Those are your options.

In case you want to try, you need to play with projectile removing time to a negative value, that with movement velocities and position you're projectile will always stay in play.

Not a clear enough definition, you want it stay at a certain position, not move at all, or bind it (as one place?).  A more clear summary may help shine a light a bit on what exactly that you need. Also, neglecting possible solutions won't help you if you're asking help in the first place.

ok...here's what you do....wait for it....wait for it..stop being a dumbass and take their advice. don't use a velset controller..that itself causes movement. you could use one and just put the x and y parameters to 0...

like this..

x=0
y=0

end of line man...

That's assuming he's using a helper. If he's using a projectile it looks different but Laquaks advice is STILL RIGHT.

I used to use regular projectiles but I'd rather use helpers now as projectiles. they're more flexible codingwise. you can put particle fx behind them for fire trails and stuff.

I curse the day I decided to use Helper Projectiles, but I was young and naive when I started. Throw one and then have the opponent attack one right on impact and watch the funny combo counter, doesnt matter if you put a projectile or a hitdef inside the helper. I get why it does that but still. I'll agree its more versitile but in order to mask the funny that it does is not even worth extra variables and invinsibility.
