I have Fighter Factory so I can make characters now, but is there a program available to create stages and the various screens (options, title, select, etc)? If not, could someone please give me some advice on how to do these these? I'm sorry to ask for so much, but I've really been wanting to put together my own MUGEN game for quite some time now.
Fighter Factory and Notepad++ is all you need to create stages.Read the docs and look at the other stage's coding to see how it's done.

Doesn't seem too tough at all. As for screenpacks, I may just have to hunt someone down to do one or two for me. I can't seem to find tutorials for those anywhere!
